Award winning gospel artist and mama hitmaker Bahati has asked Kenyans to let go of the ridicule and admonishing thrown at him since he had already apologized.

Speaking to SDE, Bahati termed the incident as unfortunate and a mistake.

“We all make mistakes and at some point I thought I would be summoned in for it and got very scared. Nevertheless it is sad that even after having apologized to everyone in public it appears that there are a section of people who continue to tarnish my name.

No one is perfect under the sun and when one apologizes you need to learn to forgive and forget because that is what God requires of us," said Bahati.

Bahati had to contend with an angry population after he pulled a stunt during the Jubilee Party launch by sitting on the president's chair which some termed disrespectful.
