INGREDIENTS:

Noodles:

500g linguine pasta

4 tablespoons sesame oil

Sauce:

½ cup green onions, chopped

1 cup carrots, shredded

2 cups stir fry vegetables, blanched

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ tablespoon ginger, minced

¼ cup honey

¼ cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup light soy sauce

3 tablespoon rice vinegar

½ tablespoon chili garlic sauce

DIRECTIONS:

1.Boil the linguine pasta until al dente (cooked to be firm to the bite) then toss with the sesame oil. Set aside.

2. In a cooking pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat, add the green onion, carrots, stir fry vegetables, garlic, ginger and sauté until soft.

3. Add the honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar and chili garlic sauce and mix well and remove from the fire.

4. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Garnish with finely chopped green onions and serve hot.
