Wedding bells are around the corner for yet another artist who proposed to his girlfriend on Tuesday. Popular Gospel recording artist and producer Michael Gitari better known as Mwenye Haki, got down on one knee to the surprise of his long term girlfriend Nailantei Laida who accepted. With the help of friends and family who were in the know, Naila found herself at the nature walk in the animal orphanage in Nairobi and before she realized it, Mwenye Haki was down on one knee.
Ever the bridesmaid and never the bride, Naila who is a worship singer, model and entrepreneur finally had a day after attending numerous of her friend’s weddings.
‘’Then my other two friends got married...so overwhelming...wish them God’s blessing in their marriage.’’ She posted while attending a wedding over the weekend as a bridesmaids oblivious of the plans ahead.
But come Tuesday and she too will be walking down the aisle.
