Chelsea have gazumped Crystal Palace to agree a stunning £33million deal with Marseille for striker Michy Batshuayi.
The Blues have seen off competition from Crystal Palace, Juventus and West Ham to land the coveted striker, who scored 17 goals in Ligue 1 last season.
The 22-year-old will now be granted special permission to leave the Belgium squad for a medical and is expected to sign a five-year deal to become Antonio Conte’s first signing.
