Ingredients:

 ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

 Salt and pepper to taste

 ½ teaspoon white sugar

 ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

 ¼ teaspoon chili powder

 400 black beans, pre boiled

 250g sweet corn, drained

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together balmasic vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, black pepper, cumin and chili powder.

2. In another medium size bowl, stir together the black beans and sweet corn. Toss together with the vinegar and oil dressing then garnish with the chopped dhania.

3. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
