Uhuru’s birthday coincides with the launch of the Building Bridges Initiative(BBI) which is currently underway at the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi. This aspect was not lost on Egeyo Mrakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen who wrote, “Happy 59th birthday to Mr President. I remember the days we would laugh together and discuss issues concerning the mwananchi. I still yearn for those lovely days. What a coincidence the BBI Launch happens to be during your day!”
