Some years back it was almost unthinkable for someone to confront police officers no matter what and those who dared saw fire. But things have changed as exemplified by this National Super Alliance (NASA) protestor time who went to taunt police officers manning the Anniversary Tower, the headquarters for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). For some time, the officers refused to react. By the time came when they could not take it anymore.
This man found himself at the wrong side of the law when he went to taunt the policemen manning the Anniversary towers. And when they couldn’t stomach any more the man was promptly arrested but he held himself onto a road pole to prevent arresting.

NASA leaders have called for demonstrations every Monday and Friday demanding for the removal of the IEBC secretariats, including IEBC Chief Executive Officer, Ezra Chiloba before the repeat presidential election slated for October 26. The IEBC have however declined the opposition’s demands. The NASA officials also said that no election will take place if their demands are not met.
