I don’t understand why IEBC is the one identifying these violence hotspots. Don’t we have security organs whose job is to do the mapping and ensure peace?
This could have come from the NIS, not the electoral commission.

It is sad that this is coming from an IEBC official, not a security officer.
They are looking for an excuse to populate the region with security officers who will then be used to suppress voter turnout.
