Partners depend on one another to find and maintain the magic potion that makes relationships happy and full filling. To be contented, partners need to have a common reality; a way that each believes that the other will perceive things. In as much as it is not always that partners like all that they have to hear or watch, having a common reality ensures they do not find themselves faced with unexpected surprises and unpredictable outcomes. At least, this is what most of us expect in our relationships.

Well, for one Miss Karie, as she identifies on Twitter, the story did not go down well as intended. Visibly a staunch Game of Thrones (GoT) fan, she could not wish for more than to have her boyfriend enjoy the final season of the TV show with her. She admits that “I made my boyfriend watch Game of Thrones from season 1-7 so we could watch sn 8 together when it’s out.” However, events took a dip and her joy did not last long enough to ‘see’ GoT season 8 as apparently their relationship ended before the premier:
