INGREDIENTS:
• ½ cup light mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
• ½ kg chicken breast, cooked and shredded
• ¼ feta cheese, crumbled
• ½ cup red pepper, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
• Blend the mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic and dill then refrigerate for 1 hour.
• Stir together the chicken, peppers, and feta cheese with the chilled dressing.
• Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce or on a bun.
