The Kenya anti corruption commission is accusing the judiciary of watering down its efforts in the fight against graft. KACC’S director PLO Lumumba’s accusation this comes just days after the anti-graft agency’s bid to recover cash and assets from a parastatal official hit a snag after high court judge. Kalpana Rawal ruled that the existing anti corruption and economic crimes act flouts the new constitution.
