Cheesy chicken noodles [Courtesy, Chef Ali Mandhry]

Today we make cheesy chicken noodles.


1 garlic clove, chopped

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 packet instant noodles

400ml water

1 teaspoon paprika

50g mozzarella cheese

100g chicken breast (cooked and flaked)


In a pan over medium heat pour in the vegetable oil.

Add the chopped garlic, and sauté until golden.

Put the noodles in the pan, and sprinkle in the spice and chilli that comes with the pack.

Add water and cook the noodles for about three minutes.

Now add the paprika, and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.

Add the chicken flakes and mix, and you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
