A food processor will free up your kitchen storage. No need for other gadgets such as a blender, mincer, grinder and mixer as it performs all these tasks.

It uses razor sharp and ridged blades that cut through thicker and more substantial foods, cutting cooking and prepping time by half.

It also needs little or no liquid. Pulse oats into flour or coffee beans into instant/brewable coffee. You can also mince your own meats or crunch dry bread into crumbs.

Churn cream into butter, whip yourself up some fresh homemade mayonnaise, grate or dice vegetables for a quick recipe or salad, blend peanuts into peanut butter, slice potatoes for crisps or mix cake ingredients.

Food processors come in a variety of sizes and colours. Look out for the quantity it holds and what attachments and blades are sold with it.
