With a budget of Sh14 million for his birthday party tomorrow, controversial University of Nairobi Sonu Chairman Babu Owino is said to be ‘importing’ Ethiopian strippers to entertain his guests during the invite-only ceremony.
Out of the 22 items listed in his party budget is vodka and other alcoholic drinks (Sh1.5 million), guests from Ethiopia for VIPs (Sh1.1 million), and tools of enjoyment (Sh300,000).
The ‘provisional budget’ also has Sh1.7 million set aside for South Africa’s Julius Malema who is said to be the chief guest.
