January, January, njaanuary... a tough month for many. My butcher had great chicken wings this week and I couldn’t resist them. I got myself two kilos and I knew exactly what I was going to do with them. The only other thing I needed to buy was Italian seasoning.
I did my mixture the morning I was going to cook the chicken wings (mixing beforehand gives the chicken and seasoning time to infuse). At dinner time, I popped the wings into the oven and 30 mins later, dinner was served. We enjoyed this with chips and coleslaw.
