Chelsea's move for Corinthians forward hits a snag

Alexandre Pato was expected to complete his Chelsea loan move today.

But it has been all quiet on that front today as we await confirmation of the deal going through.

Pato landed at Heathrow Airport yesterday and spoke of the move being a dream and how Chelsea was his new home.

According to Sky Sports, the former AC Milan striker has agreed terms and passed a medical but the clubs are still negotiating over a fee.

Chelsea will pay the whole of the Brazilian’s 30,000-a-week wages but Corinthians are now said to be haggling for the initial payment for the loan.
