Former Cabinet minister Musikari Kombo has dismissed the presidential ambitions of Amani National Congress party leader Musalia Mudavadi and his Ford Kenya counterpart Moses Wetang’ula.
Mr Kombo said it was Water Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa who had a real chance at leading the country.
“Mudavadi and Wetang’ula will never have a taste of the presidency after they betrayed the community,” said Kombo in Tongaren yesterday.
“The two lost the blessings we had given them and sold the community’s birthright to a stranger,” he said. [Nathan Ochunge]
