A first time MP from Luo Nyanza has baffled his constituents over his latest tendency to use obscene language against anybody who criticises him.
The MP who is not new to controversy got abusive in a WhatsApp group, using unprintable words against his critic.
The lawmaker, who not long ago was involved in a physical fight, even told off a critic that he was no longer interested in his backing and vote.
