Harambee stars move 43 places up to position 86 from 129 in the latest Fifa world rankings. This came after the latest release by Fifa today (14th July).
The step is seen as a great improvement compared to the disappointing rankings in the past few years.
With bad management Kenyan football has had in the recent years, the country dropped deep down to the worst, but the good steps Football Kenya Federation (FKF) are taking to improve the standards of football under the new president Nick Mwendwa , the indications are positive and should things work as planned, then Kenya will still continue moving up the ladder in the Fifa world rankings.
Argentina maintained pole postion as Wales jump 15 places to 11th while England down to two places from theoir previous position.
