Africa is the only continent in the world where presidents remain in power for decades regardless of what their subjects say, do or feel.
Democracy is hardly practiced here despite many leaders from other continents advocating for it. US President Barack Obama relentlessly preached it during his tour to the continent and urged leaders to shun egocentrism but his pleas fell on deaf ears.
