Nairobi, Kenya: The High Court has issued warrant of arrest against Walter Barasa who is accused of tampering with prosecution witnesses.
Barasa, who denies the allegations, had sought to challenge the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court last year.
He is accused of bribing witnesses in the trial of against Deputy President William Ruto which is ongoing at the Hague based court.
President Uhuru Kenyatta, his deputy Ruto and former presenter Joshua Arap Sang are facing crimes against humanity charges following violence that rocked the country after the disputed 2007/08 election.
