The examination showed that she was suffering from Hydrocephalus, brain damage infection.
The mother was advised to take her for specialised treatment in Kijabe for the head operation but she has not been able to raise enough money to cater for the cost.
Ms Ngondo said she sought the help of former and current MPs of Mwatate constituency but they allegedly told her they only help HIV/Aids patients.
With time running out due to lack of money the disease has turned into a nightmare for the family as Nakasha develops new complications everyday.
Cannot talk
"She cannot wake up, talk and only survives with some liquid food drops," said Ms Ngondo.
The mother is now appealing for help from well wishers.
