Singer Jovial welcomes second baby

Kenyan singer and songwriter Juliet Ayub Miriam, popularly known as Jovial, is basking in joyafter welcoming a baby boy.This is her second child and her first with her long-term partner, Mike. Sharing the happy newson her Instagram Story, she posted an intimate photo of her newborn with the simple yetpowerful caption: "My Prince."She first revealed her pregnancy through the music video for the song “Chibaby”. In the video,she gracefully cradles her baby bump and shares tender moments with Mike.Reflecting on past challenges, Jovial once described working at a modest guesthouse inMombasa when her first child, daughter Soilah, was just a few months old. She and a colleaguewould secretly prepare empty rooms to earn extra money for baby essentials.That period was difficult, but it fuelled her determination. She says it strengthened her resolveand shaped her journey forward.Now, with her son in her arms, she is stepping into a new chapter of certainty and joy. Jovial hasnot yet shared her son’s name with the public.
