Infusing tea, especially the herbal kind, comes with several benefits. Like lemon aiding in increasing alkalinity in the body, ginger aiding in the relief of blocked sinuses, chamomile aiding in improving metabolism and fennel seeds aiding in indigestion, to mention but a few. An infuser kettle makes all this easier. The kettle comes with an infuser strainer (this is where you add your herbs, seeds, tea etc) that sits in the centre of the kettle. Pour hot water over the infuser (make sure the herbs, seeds or tea are submerged in the hot water) and cover to help hold in any volatile oils. Allow to steep for 10-15 minutes or more -- the longer the better -- then pour into a cup and enjoy.
