Magadaline Namakula in hospital

At 59, Magadaline Namakula had already lost hope of having a baby having tried countlessly in vain.

She had given up on her quest to be a mother after a fierce battle with fibroids that so her get a number of operations to remove them.

Now a mother of four, Namakula from Mubende District Uganda was overwhelmed with emotions when she finally achieved her dream on Friday 30th March.

"It reach a point where only prayer could help me. I left everything to God. I said let God heal me because I did not have money for further treatment," She told the Daily Mail.

Her husband of 20 years divorced her for being able to bear a child forcing her to move back to her parent’s home. Years later, she finally fell in love with another man believed to be the father of the quadruplets.

Interestingly, she was not aware she was pregnant and went to the hospital to seek medical attention. To her amusement, doctors at Mulago hospital revealed to her that she was expectant after they conducted tests on her.

"I thought I was suffering from some strange disease. But after tests and scans, doctors told me I was pregnant," she said upon receiving the good news.

Namakula was grateful to God for delivering her from her misery insisting that her case was nothing but the miraculous work of God.
