- Bahati and Diana have been planning their wedding for a while now following their engagement
- The August elections is what the gospel artist termed as the only remaining huddle for them to have their wedding
The much-anticipated wedding between gospel singer Bahati and his hot flame Diana isn’t happening next weekend, neither is the traditional dowry negotiation ceremony, which Pulse revealed during an exclusive interview with the star, set for this month.
Just like everyone else, the singer —who proposed to the beauty who acted in his Mapenzi video, before the two became an item— is waiting for the political storm in the country to settle down before throwing the big day, a ceremony expected to be one of the most spectacular showbiz events in the country this year.
“Plans for the wedding and the traditional ceremony are underway but this has to wait for August 8 to pass. We just want to have things settle down and then we can get this done. As a matter of fact, we are excited and can’t wait,” Bahati told Pulse.
