On February 8, the mood at the Carnivore Grounds was electric. The much-awaited Russel Peters ‘Almost Famous’ show, was going down and fans couldn’t miss it.
Donning T-shirts with the message, ‘somebody gonna get hurt real bad’, it was clear, the party was smashing!
When he took to the stage, the audience went ballistic as they enjoyed his performance.
For close to an hour and a half, there wasn’t a moment of dullness.
“It is worth every penny, I would watch him again and again if he chose to come back,” said Russell Peters’ super fan Salma Ali.
Fans left the venue in high spirits having been treated to exactly what they had been promised, a laughter riot.
