Top government man uses GK car at his ‘mjengo’

A civil servant boss from Eastern is taking advantage of his position in government to invest using government resources.

Not only is he using his official vehicles to transport materials to his ‘mjengo’ site, but has also turned his driver into a foreman.

As if not enough, he is also ‘pinching’ some of the funds meant for police rations. To avoid being ‘nabbed’ by rivals who would happily report him to his bosses, the man changes the number plates of his official vehicle whenever he is within his Embu home.
