Did Ugandan singer Moses Ssekibogo popularly known as Mowzey Radio have a premonition on his death?

Well, according to Ugandan local media, a song he did that was released on his YouTube page while he was hospitalized seems to suggest so.

They reported that the song ‘Tambula Nange’ which translates to ‘Walk with Me’ was like a last prayer to God, asking for guidance and mercy for his life.

In Tambula Nange- sang in Baganda- Mowzey thanked God for the gift of life saying he was not afraid of the present but trusts in his guidance for the future.

Devasted by the news, his mother Jane Kasubo stated that she was at a loss as his son meant everything to her.

"My son has been everything to me. He always gave me even the little he had. Mowzey Radio always took care of his sisters.

“However much others knew him as a chaotic man, I knew him as a simple, humble and talented son.

“My son paid school fees for one of his sisters until she graduated recently. He had very many friends. I am left with nothing," said Kasubo

On Thursday, Mowzey was pronounced dead after being admitted to a hospital in Kampala for over a week following a scuffle at a club.

His health was , however, said to be improving and on Tuesday saw Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni donate Ugx 30 million to offset his accruing medical bills.

His death has seen other celebrities eulogize him as a great man with an amazing voice whose talent helped place Ugandan music on the map.
