President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday revealed that he has been impressed by female Cabinet Secretaries due to their diligence and professionalism in execution of duties.
Speaking at State House while marking this year’s World Thinking Day, the Head of State added that he is looking forward to a time when Kenya will have a female President.
“I pray to God and look forward to the day that I shall be sitting and listening to the first female President addressing the people of the Republic of Kenya.
“Some of my best ministers are women. Women understand the basis of servant leadership. Women understand that it is dedication to the family and the country that matters,” he said.
