Billionaire politician shocks people with his donation at a harambee

A billionaire politician is the talk of town in his home county for donating measly amount of money in fundraising.

Residents complain that the man who unsuccessfully contested for a gubernatorial seat in the last elections abhors harambees.

The Grapevine has been told that when he is put in a corner, the maximum amount of money the renowned businessman can give is Sh20, 000.

Over the weekend the leader donated what has been considered as his flat-rate of Sh20, 000 during an event to raise funds to offset burial expenses for a former key supporter of his who passed on.

At the fundraiser, the area MCA gave 30,000, making many people wonder how a local politician can give more cash than the wealthy Governor hopeful.
