Police officers in Marigat are holding six suspects who were masquerading as IEBC officials at Eldume IDP camp.
Marigat OCPD Benjouliffe Munuve said the six were arrested by police officers acting on a tip off from members of the public.
The six according to the OCPD had IEBC badges and pretended to be agents.
"The six were with IEBC badges which upon interrogation could not explain who issued them," said Munuve.

He said IEBC officials denied claims that they issued the six with the badges.
Police officers suspect the six forged the badges.
"They forged the badges and they will be arraigned in court to face forgery charges. Currently we are holding them in police station pending further interrogation," he said.
