One of Kenya's most famous bachelors, Emurua Dikir MP Johana Ng'eno, is set to marry the love of his life Naiyanoi Ntutu tomorrow on August 18, 2018.

The 44-year-old Ng'eno walks down the aisle at the Emurua Dikir Secondary school and the reception held at the same venue.

The MP, who has over the years been taunted for being a senior bachelor in Parliament, formally asked for Naiya Ntutu's hand in marriage after leading a powerful team for dowry negotiation at Livingstone ole Ntutu's homestead on Friday, June 2, 2018.

Ngeno's group comprised Energy Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter, MPs Oscar Sudi (Kapseret), Alfred Keter (Nandi Hills), Sabina Chege (Murang'a), Wilson Sossion (Nominated) and the Deputy President's aide Faruk Kibet among others.

In pictures seen by Ureport, the occasion is thoroughly prepared for in expectation of attendance by political bigwigs.

The pictures in our possession feature dowry cows and tents being put up for the event.

It's being whispered that President Uhuru Kenyatta, Deputy President William Ruto, Opposition leader Raila Odinga and Baringo Senator Gideon Moi could show up.

Speaking to a local daily on Thursday, Ng'eno said more than 100 senators, MPs and Woman Representatives will attend his wedding.

"Preparations are in top gear. Everyone is welcome to celebrate with us as we take our marriage vows," he said.

Ntutu is the daughter of former Narok Senator Stephen Ole Ntutu.

The wedding will start from 10 am.
