The first and probably the most important step towards electing leaders is registration of new voters.
Kenyans should realise that at no other stage will they have as much as power as at the ballot.
The weapon in the hands of Kenyans in the fight against all the ills that bedevil our society as far as governance is concerned is the voter’s card.
However, the voter’s card is not be enough. So immediately after the registration process, IEBC should embark on civic education to educate voters to importance of election process.
