Vihiga Governor-elect Wilber Ottichilo has vowed to make very hard decisions to spur change in the region.
Dr Ottichilo said the desired change will not be made in bad faith or with an aim of victimising anybody.
“I am going to make drastic changes and the decisions involved will hurt some people,” said Ottichilo.
Top of his agenda after being sworn in will be to review the 2017/18 budget.
