Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has called on the Government to rethink its involvement in African Union Mission to Somalia (Amisom).
Reacting to Friday's attack on Kenyan troops, Kalonzo said there were too many setbacks facing the mission thus putting the lives of soldiers at risk.
Suspected Al Shabaab militants attacked a Kenyan military camp in Kulbiyow, Lower Jubba, and Somalia about 18km from the Kenyan border killing scores of soldiers.
"We were only supposed to participate for six months now it's about three years. How many of our soldiers are we prepared to sacrifice?" asked Kalonzo.
He led the congregation at Redeemed Gospel Church Inc in Pipeline in observing a moment of silence for the fallen soldiers.

Kalonzo urged the faithful to register as voters and fully participate in the August 8 elections.
"If you want to pursue peace, register," he said.
