'Break the waist!' Former Senator offers women steamy bedroom tips

Former nominated Senator Daisy Nyongesa recently entertained her followers on social media after sharing a few tips on how women should treat their husband. 

The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) politician advised women to maintain proper hygiene and always be cordial to their men.

"Finally the fish took the bail. A woman is supposed to be clean, even her nails well manicured. When her husband comes back home, she must take his shoes off," said Nyongesa.

The 29-year-old who was once publicly ridiculed for calling a fellow politician "bae" during campaign, asked women to be creative in the bedroom to spice up things.

A massage and a fragrance, she instructed, will help get him into the mood. 

"The bed must be fragranced and she should massage him. Then start being a scientist and break the waist (kutegua kiuno)," she went on.

Finally, when the stage is all set and the mood is right, don't switch off the lights like you are about to start watching a horror movie. Nyongesa advised women to ensure the room has the right amount of light. 

"Switching the light off is not making love. At least turn the candle on so that the husband can see the waist chain... tatoo....and enjoy the music," she said.
