Men hate Fifty Shades of Grey, according to its ratings on the IMDb.No, men did not enjoy watching 50 Shades of Grey over the weekend. And that isn't just the man in Glasgow who was attacked by three women with a glass during one screening.
When men rated 50 Shades on movie site IMDB they gave the erotic movie an average score of 2.8 out of 10.

Perhaps they just weren’t that into Christian, or perhaps it was the classic Mills & Boon structure of the saucy chick flick. Of course, let's not lose perspective over this - most women thought the film was pretty average.

The actors were "as bad as porn actors"
Vinay Sital was not happy with the acting. He said
"That wasn't a plot for a normal movie, it was a plot for soft-core porn.. which had as terrible acting in it as real porn. "
"Awful, awful, awful don't lose your time for this movie. If you want to see BSDM watch porn and not this parody of it... Avoid this movie I'd rather watch fishes in the aquarium - it's much better BSDM porn than this."

"I viewed this film and my immediate thought was, "How come this movie has no storyline?" This was a film comparable to a nickelodeon cartoon series, or quite possibly worse. If I could rate any lower, it would be a -3 out of 10. I saw a movie by Disney and i vomited during the first five minutes of it, and that was better than this film."
