Octopizzo features daughter in new song

Octopizzo, is at the verge of releasing a new song 'Star'. The rapper is reported to have completed shooting the song last Sunday .

He has taken a step further by including his daughter in the song. In fact the song is set to be released with his daughter-Tracy featuring in the chorus of the song. This can only raise anticipation for his fans as they wait to see what Star has in  store.

He now joins the list of artistes, who will have released their songs in the wee days of the new year.
The self-declared 'Namba Nane' has been up  and about across town, shooting the song in the past couple of weeks and is said to have climaxed the shoot last Sunday at the Safaricom stadium.

The song is a narration of  his life as a kid in Kibera slums. It expresses what he went through while growing up in the slums and the challenges that he has overcome as he jostles up the ladder of music.

We can only hope that the shoot will have a graceful feedback. And possibly,  featuring his daughter in the new song may tell the story better.
