Chelsea forward Pedro Rodriguez has signed a one-year contract extension with The Blues.
In a statement shared on the club's official website, Pedro noted that he was happy to sign the contract extension, adding that he wanted to help his team secure more trophies.
"It is very good for me, I am really happy here in the club, with my teammates, the supporters and club in general.
"It's important for me to continue with Chelsea, I am comfortable here and want to win new titles and trophies. I want to help the team, score goals, and I repeat, I am really happy," Pedro was quoted by Chelsea FC website.
Pedro joined the London club in 2015 and has managed to net 28 goals in 131 appearances.

He is good form at the moment have scored in two preseason fixtures against Perth Glory and Inter Milan.
The move to sign a contract extension is good news for the club, whose top players; Eden Hazard, Willian, and goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois have been linked with a move away from the club.
