Kapsabet, Kenya: Three-storey building under construction has collapsed in Kapsabet Town, three people have so far been rescued as search for more survivors continue.
Eyewitnesses say the constructors had been warned by the county government that the building was not safe but they did not heed the advice.
Workers who were at the site at the time of collapse say 40 to 43 people are still unaccounted for. The Kenya Red cross are on site leading the rescue operation.
