Vernacular TV and radio stations and social media are awash with hate speech while nothing seems to be taking place in curbing this vice.

As all this takes place, a commission charged with arresting such is doing nothing other than wailing and crying foul just like other ordinary Kenyans.

As a country, we must come out to shame and name the politicians who continue to engage in these vices and remind them that we cannot afford another spell of post-election violence.
As a country, we have failed to use the diverse ethnic and culture given to us by the almighty to our advantage. On the contrary, we have continued to use our diverse languages in stoking violence at elections.
