The devolution of health services has witnessed more strikes than ever. For this reason, laws should be implemented to cover up ailing patients from inconvenience and even death.

The services rendered to poor patients are unpalatable. Some have to share beds, and quality medicine is rarely available.
As if not enough, the media always highlights such stories and no serious step has been taken by the Government to address the matter.
