EPL: Luis Suarez in convinced Liverpool have what it takes to secure Champions League football next season.
The Reds in-form striker added two more goals to his amazing tally in Sunday’s thrilling 5-3 win at Stoke on Sunday. The victory moved Brendan Rodgers team back into the top-four but with Everton, Tottenham and Manchester United all breathing down their necks the race for the Champions League is fiercer than ever.
Liverpool haven’t competed amongst Europe’s elite since 2009 but Suarez is confident the team now have the quality to get back into the competition.
‘We know that in the last two years we haven’t demonstrated that Liverpool can play in the Champions League,’ he said.
