Siaya County Governor Cornel Rasanga has warned County Executive Committee (CEC) members against laxity in service delivery.
Mr Rasanga said the electorate voted for him overwhelmingly because they believe he is capable of delivering better services and cautioned CEC against laxity in their duties.
Speaking to the Press in his office after the swearing-in ceremony of the six executive members yesterday, he said delivery of services was his core agenda.
The Governor was confident that the executive team made up of professionals can be trusted to meet expectations of the public.

“We believe we will not do any close supervision since all of you have the required qualification required,” he said.
He urged the Provincial Administration to work closely with the county government to ensure they achieve development goals.
