Kenya Tea Development Agency (MS) Ltd is seeking energetic individuals to fill a number of positions in the company.

The wholly owned subsidiary of Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA) Holdings Limited is seeking 11 dynamic and talented individuals to join its management team as it seeks to enhance management services to the smallholder tea sub-sector.

It seeks to recruit six accountants, four field system administrators and one strategy development officer by January 18.

Successful accountant applicants will be responsible for timely preparation of financial accounts.

Candidates

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelors’ Degree with a CPA (K) or ACCA or ACA certification and three years post qualification experience or CPA (K) or ACCA or ACA and five years post qualification experience should be computer literate and familiar with standard office computer applications and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Field Systems Administrators will report to the Factory Unit Manager and technically to the Regional ICT Coordinator.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology and Computer Information Systems or in a relevant field. ICT Certifications such as CCNA and MCSE will be an added advantage.

Successful Strategy Development Officer applicants must possess a Bachelors’ degree in Commerce, Economics or related field and a postgraduate qualification in Strategic Management and Relevant Microsoft packages.
