The Supreme Court of Kenya upheld the October 26 repeat poll on November 20.
The decision by SCoK to dismiss the petitions that sought to prevent the swearing in of Uhuru as the President was met with different reactions. The ruling was made by six judges among them Chief Justice Maraga.
President Uhuru can now be sworn in seven days’ time.
