The Teachers Service Commission employees have accused the head teacher of intimidation.
They also claimed the school's board interdicted them without giving them letters.
But school principal Aden Mohammed Roble has denied the claims, saying the standoff started when the teachers were asked to explain why they had not prepared their reference of work for the first and second term.
