Four people have died and 15 others have been critically injured after the scaffolding of a building under construction collapsed in Eastleigh's Juja B estate, Nairobi.
Confirming the incident, the Kenya Red Cross said that the injured have been taken to the Kenyatta National Hospital and other facilities within the city.
There are fears that more people might be trapped inside and Red Cross says rescue efforts are ongoing.
Police reports show that most of those injured in the incident are construction workers.
Starehe Sub-County Police Boss Fred Abuga confirmed the incident adding that they are investigations are ongoing.
