The wet and dry grinder is a handy alternative to a blender. Its dual function features interchangeable wet and dry grinding chambers, which are removable for easy cleaning. You can use the dry function to grind coffee beans, nuts, seeds and spices and the wet function to make sauces, dips, purees and pastes using wet ingredients such as onion, garlic and ginger, as well as other herbs, fruit and vegetables.

The dry grinding cup has specially designed flat stainless steel blades to finely grind dry, hard ingredients. The wet grinding cup has a cross blade with both downwards and upwards facing blades to better mix and thoroughly blend ingredients.
